Oral Presentations

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:

Dear members,

It is with sincere regret that we have to announce that the EAPL conference in September 2020 in Cluj-Napoca is cancelled and postponed to 2021.

The decision to cancel has unfortunately become unavoidable. Even if travel and event restrictions might no longer apply in September, it is impossible to plan for such an event at the moment.

The organizing team will make all efforts to host the conference in Cluj-Napoca in 2021. Exact dates will be announced later.

So we look forward to seeing you in 2021 in Romania.

Stay healthy!

Writing guidelines

The maximum number of words in total in the abstract body text is 300.

Oral presentation abstracts should be written in English.

For Romanian oral presentations, the abstract can be in English (if you want to share your research with international participants) or in Romanian.

Abstract text: please, include objectives, method, results, conclusions.

Do not include tables, graphs or special symbols or references in abstracts.

Important:

At least the presenting author must register as a participant and pay the participation fee by dates to be announced, otherwise the abstract will be automatically removed from the program.

The duration of the presentation is between 15 and 20 minutes (ideally leaving 5 mins for a brief discussion).

Within each oral presentation session, a minimum of 10 minutes should be left for final discussions.

Some oral presentation sessions will be dedicated to Romanian practitioners/students/researchers and are held in Romanian.

The authors may indicate a preference for oral presentation/symposium on the abstract submission form. However, considering schedule limitations, the organizers reserve the right to reallocate some oral presentations/symposia as poster presentations/symposia.
